Welcome to the Members section of our website, where you can find much of the Arcata Chamber’s most often requested business information and resources. Here you will find useful information, such as our membership directory and a checklist for starting your own business.
Many of our services are also available by contacting our office by phone, fax, or e-mail. We can print mailing labels, assist in bulk mailing paperwork, set up appointments to use our meeting room, schedule a ribbon cutting, and discuss advertising options, to name but a few things we do.
Our number one goal is creating value for our members’ investment in the Chamber. We are always interested in discussing ways to improve business presence and awareness. With that goal in mind, Chamber members may inquire about setting up a discussion and review of their marketing plan with our Executive Director Jenny Bowen, by appointment only.
As a chamber member, you are provided convenient methods for your opinions to be heard and counted. Our newly implemented e-mail survey program makes it easy to stay on top of current issues and provide feedback. We know your time is valuable, so our surveys are kept very brief. Please respond to them when you receive them, and if you are not currently receiving our surveys, please contact the chamber to update your e-mail contact information and preferences.
The Arcata Chamber of Commerce office is open daily from 9am to 5pm PST.
